Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours (unless otherwise stated by the carrier).

International Shipping

Shipments are made to the U.S., Canada, and the UK. Other international shipments are made on a case-by-case basis. Please complete a contact form before purchasing if you reside outside the US, Canada or UK to confirm your shipment eligibility.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

I am not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns/Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Iā€™m here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If you have any questions about returning your item, please fill out a contact form. Your request for return/refund will be responded to within 2-3 business days.
